Crossgrades

If you’re switching from a competing font editor (e.g., FontLab, Glyphs, or RoboFont) or font manager (e.g., Suitcase), you may qualify for a crossgrade offer. Please contact our sales department and include the name and version of the product you currently use.

Upgrade Protection & Updates

We offer a 6-month upgrade protection policy for major releases. For upcoming major releases, we may offer the new version as a subscription. If you purchase a perpetual license within 6 months before the release of a new major version, we will provide up to 12 months of subscription access to the new major version at no additional charge. After that included period ends, continued use of the new major version requires an active subscription. Your perpetual license remains valid for the major version you originally purchased, including free updates (patches, fixes, and minor improvements) for that major version.

License Restrictions

A single-user license may be used by one person and activated on up to two devices (for example, a desktop and a laptop). If purchased by an organization, the license must be assigned to one named user.

Upgrades

We offer upgrades for existing customers. You can upgrade to a more advanced edition at any time. The price for the upgrade equals the difference between the editions.
